Strength you can actually use.
Never trained properly before
You'll start by learning the movements — squats, lunges, presses, rows — with weights light enough to get them right. No ego, no plan you can't keep.
Fit once, then life happened
We rebuild in a way your joints tolerate, with progressions that make each week measurably better than the last.
Chasing a skill
Pull-ups, muscle-ups, handstands, front lever. Real progression tiers rather than random hard workouts.
Three steps, no contracts.
- Step 01
Free consultation
Sean learns about your goals, any injuries or constraints, and talks you through how sessions are structured. You leave with a clear next step.
- Step 02
A plan you can hold
1:1, small group of up to four, an outdoor class, or online — whichever fits your week. Every session is written down and tracked in the app.
- Step 03
Progress you can see
Tiers advance when you clear them cleanly. Measurements, readiness and session history live in one place.

Your session, already written when you wake up.
Answer three questions about sleep and soreness — or sync a wearable — and the app builds today around it. Twenty minutes in a flat in Sliema counts just as much as an hour on the bars.
Real kit, used with technique behind it.
Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, ViPR, slam and medicine balls — plus bodyweight. Sean is TRX, ViPR and kettlebell certified, so the tool matches the goal.

Bodyweight
Push, pull, squat and brace patterns that scale from beginner to lever work.

TRX & straps
Angle-adjustable rows, presses and hinges — kind to joints, brutal when you want it.

Kettlebells
Swings, cleans and carries for conditioning that carries into real life.

Dumbbells
Simple loading for strength blocks when bodyweight alone stops progressing.

Rings
The honest test of upper body control — dips, rows and support holds.

Park bars
Free outdoor training on Malta's bars: pull-ups, dips and skill practice.
Most trainers give you a plan. This one reacts to you.
Living Fit Malta runs on its own training platform. Sleep badly and today's session shortens; recover well and it pushes.
Readiness-adjusted sessions
HRV, resting heart rate and sleep set today's volume and intensity — so you train hard when it counts.
Real progressions
Clear an exercise at target quality and the next tier shows up on its own. Struggle and it steps back.
Video demos
Every movement has a demo clip, so form doesn't fall apart the moment Sean isn't standing next to you.
Measurements & history
Weight, body composition and circumferences tracked over time, next to the sessions that produced them.
Use the app even if you never train with Sean.
Create an account, answer a few questions, and you'll have a session waiting tomorrow morning. No card, no trial clock.
Before you book.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. Sean trains clients from complete beginners up, between 16 and 75 — the consultation is about understanding your goals and any constraints before training begins.
Where do sessions happen?
At the LivingFit studios in Naxxar, Swieqi, Sliema, at a gym, at your home, or outdoors when the weather allows — around Naxxar, Swieqi, Sliema and nearby. Sean confirms the best option when you get in touch.
What if I travel a lot?
Online coaching plus the app keeps the programme running wherever you are — bodyweight training needs almost nothing.
Is the app really free?
Yes. It's how Sean coaches, and anyone can use it. Paid coaching is the in-person and online work on top.
