Full attention on your movement, your history and your goal — with a written programme that keeps running between sessions. Result driven, personal, and genuinely enjoyable.

The format

What a session actually looks like.

  1. Step 01

    Warm-up that earns its place

Easy to medium dynamic stretching, aimed at what you're about to do — shoulders before pressing, hips and ankles before legs.

  2. Step 02

    Two or three quality blocks

Strength first while you're fresh — dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, ViPR or a barbell depending on the goal — then conditioning or core. Every set is coached, counted and logged.

  3. Step 03

    Debrief and the week ahead

What moved, what to repeat on your own, and what the app will serve you on the days you train solo.

Where

Outdoors, or wherever you already train.

Studio

Private fitness studio

Full kit at the LivingFit studios in Naxxar, Swieqi, Sliema — no membership required and no waiting for equipment.

Gym

At a gym

Sessions can run at the gym Sean works from or one you already belong to. The gym rate assumes you hold the membership.

Home / outdoors

Sean comes to you

Home visits around Naxxar, Swieqi, Sliema and nearby, or outdoor sessions when the weather allows.

Who it suits

Best fit if…

You want to be coached, not counted at

Corrections, cues and honest feedback — not a trainer holding a clipboard while you guess.

You want a specific goal hit

Fat loss, lean muscle, a first pull-up, a heavier bench. Each needs a different measure of progress, and Sean picks the right one.

You're coming back from an injury

Flagged areas stay out of your programme until they're ready, and the app respects those flags on solo days.

You want proof it's working

Session history, progression tiers and body measurements, all visible to you and to Sean.

How often should I train with a coach?

Most people start at once or twice a week and fill the rest with app sessions.

Do you do blocks or single sessions?

Both — single sessions to try it, blocks of 10 for people who want the rate down and the plan continuous. Rates are shared when you get in touch.

What should I bring?

Water, clothes you can move in, and honest answers about your sleep and pain levels.
