Small groups

Small group and outdoor training classes in Malta.

Small group personal training for up to four people, plus outdoor group classes when the weather allows. Big enough to push each other, small enough that Sean still corrects every set.

The class

One session, every level.

Scaled

Everyone works at their tier

The same movement pattern, three difficulty tiers running side by side. Nobody sits out, nobody coasts.

Up to 4

You still get coached

Small group PT is capped at four people so form still gets corrected. Outdoor classes are larger but built to be scaled on the spot.

Outdoors

Portable kit and bodyweight

Outdoor classes run weather permitting, using bodyweight plus what Sean can carry. Changes are communicated the morning of the class.

Practicalities

How booking and payment work.

Pay per session or use a block

Pay as you go, or buy a block of ten and Sean draws down a credit each time you attend. Rates are confirmed when you get in touch.

Cancel in good time

Cancel before the cut-off and your credit goes straight back. Late cancellations and no-shows use the credit.

Your spot is tracked

Attendance, credits and remaining sessions all sit in your client record — no arguing about who has what left.

App access included

Everyone in a class gets a free app account, so the days between classes aren't guesswork.

Join

Ask about the next class.

Ask about class times

Tell Sean roughly when you can train and he'll point you at the group that fits.

Am I too much of a beginner?

No — every movement has an easier version, and beginners usually make the fastest visible progress.

Can I try one first?

Your first step is a free consultation so Sean can understand your goals and point you at the right class or group.

What if it rains?

Sean messages the group in the morning with either a covered location or a reschedule.

Small groups

One coach, nobody hiding at the back.

Small groups of up to four, plus outdoor classes in courtyards, parks and on the seafront. Everyone works the same session at their own level, so a first-timer and a regular can train side by side.
